Call it good genes, regular Chiropractic care and meditation, copious amounts of our New Earth products, or all of the above. The point is, I rarely get sick. I had the flu well over five years ago, and then nothing of any consequence until about six weeks ago when the flu visited me again and, in about a five-day period, morphed into a very sticky chest cough; highly productive, and I might add...yuck! My energy was low, and I was not happy about it one little bit!
