I work in a restuarant and my hands are constantly exposed to cleaning chemicals. The skin on my hands started cracking and itched especially at night. I followed what you recommended in terms of changing my diet to more alkaline foods (fruits and vegetables), I stopped dairy products, and supported my digestive system with probiotics, enzymes and algae. My skin cleared up nicely. As long as I keep my diet clean and take your whole food supplements, my skin no longer breaks out and I'm very thankful for that.
