Mary Hurst - The soreness and stiffness went away!

I'm pleased to finally have a personal testimony about Renew™.

I have taken all our supplements since 1994, and added Renew™ when it was introduced. I'm now 56 years old and feel blessed that I don't have any health issues or chronic pain. So I never expected to "feel" a difference when I began taking Renew™. However, last weekend I went white water rafting and was quite sore through my shoulders, rib cage, and lower back from all the paddling we did. Plus, while going over a 12-ft waterfall, I busted my nose when my face hit the back of the person sitting in front of me!

Later, when I got home I decided to take twice the amount of Renew™ (four capsules) before I went to bed. Lo and behold, the following morning when I got up and went to aerobics class, I noticed that the soreness and stiffness I had felt the night before were gone. And I even went on to tap class later that day!
