I was overweight and feeling exhausted. Within a few months of taking New Earth's edible algae, I noticed that I was losing weight. After about six months I went from 190 to 165 pounds, a much better weight for me. This was without dieting, other than avoiding fried potatoes and sugar. I also noticed I had more energy and was no longer feeling exhausted. I feel the micro algae has been very beneficial to my health. I will certainly continue taking it.
