 Dog´s testimony - Pippen is aging gracefully
Hi...my name is Pippen. My mom adopted me when she found me wandering in the streets by myself back in 1993. She put posters everywhere so my real parents could call, but no one called. So, she decided to be my new mommy. The vet who examined me said I was 7 years old. I was very sick then. I had a restricted trachea, worms in my stomach and I couldn't hold any foods down.
My mom changed my diet and started feeding me raw foods and she added whole food supplements to my diet. She gave me organic blue green algae, acidophilus, bifidus, enzymes, CoQ10 and wheat sprouts. Soon, I became healthy and I never went back to the vet again.
I'm now 19 years old as you can see from my white hair (photo). I don't see or hear as well and I'm a bit confused at times. But, I have no arthritis, and I enjoy going for long walks with my mommy every day. I have a great appetite and I always lick my plate clean. I have complete control over my bladder and my bowel movements are excellent (no diapers for me). Hey, at 19 years old, I can't complain.
I think without the diet and supplements my mommy gives me everyday, I would have gone to doggy heaven a long time ago. So, I'm thankful for the great diet I get and the food supplements my mommy sprinkles over my foods every day.
I'm a good example for the fact that with a good diet and good supplements, we dogs can and do live long and healthy lives.
