What is the nutritional purpose of each of the New Earth products
you have just purchased…and how can you best use them every day?
The nutritional purpose of each New Earth product is to compliment the most
urgent and important nutritional needs of your body.
Generally speaking, the basic nutritional needs of our body include the following:
- To receive a broad spectrum and balanced
synergy of micro-nutrients on a daily basis - things such as:
vitamins, minerals and trace minerals, enzymes and amino acids,
probiotics, antioxidants, phytonutrients, and essential fatty
acids (EFA's).
- To receive a broad spectrum and balanced
synergy of macro-nutrients, including proteins, carbohydrates,
and fats from a balanced whole foods diet.
- To receive proper hydration with pure drinking
water; proper oxygenation through correct breathing and exercise
routines; proper rest and relaxation; proper sleep, harmonious
work and working relationships; communication and creative self-expression;
laughter and all the emotions; regular interactions with the weather
and all forms of nature, including sunlight, rivers, gardens,
trees, stars, oceans, mountains, valleys, animals, birds, etc.
On the cellular level …
Each cell of the human body shares the following nutritional needs with every other cell. Each cell requires its own
unique balance and variety within these categories of essential micro-nutrient substances:
Vitamins: C, B-6, B-12, E, folic acid, and many others.
Minerals and trace minerals: calcium, potassium, magnesium, and others.
Proteins and amino acids: leucine, lysine, tryptophan, and 17 others.
Enzymes: amylase, lipase, protease, lactase, and others.
Carbohydrates and sugars: simple sugars called mono- and di-saccharides
(cane sugar and honey) and complex sugars called polysaccharides.
Sugars such as maltose, dextrose, and glucose that come from grains and vegetables;
sugars such as fructose that come from fruit; sugars such as lactose that come from
milk and cheese.
Fats and lipids: We have all heard about saturated fats and unsaturated fats.
Saturated fats, such as those found in butter, cheese, and lard, are very difficult for the
body to break down (or, in the case of people who are lactose
intolerant, impossible to break down) and are now minimized in the diet of
most health conscious people.
Unsaturated fats - also called polyunsaturated fats - include cold-pressed olive oil and
other vegetable oils, which are preferred for dietary purposes. These polyunsaturated
fats are also called PUFAs (for Poly-Unsaturated Fatty Acids). Lastly, there
are EFAs (or Essential Fatty Acids). These lipids come to us from the oils of
certain plants and herbs, such as borage, lobelia, and evening primrose. Very
specific EFAs such as Omega 3 and Omega 6 oils come from a variety of fish sources, including
salmon and cod, and also from Wild BlueGreen Algae and other nutrient rich food sources.
Anti-oxidant substances: such as beta-carotene and other carotenoids.
Phytochemicals, or pigments: such as chlorophyll (the green color in plants) and
phycocyanin, which gives us the blue color in blue green algae.
Remember, all the things listed above are micro-nutrient categories.
Within each category can exist dozens of separate micro-nutrients.
All organically grown fruits, vegetables, beans, grains, seeds, and nuts, and all
the organically raised animals fed these foods for their meat, milk, or eggs
contain some of these nutrients in a variety of amounts and
bioavailabilities.
But no single food source on earth contains a greater balanced quantity or
quality of all of these essential nutrients than Wild BlueGreen Algae!
Gram for gram Wild BlueGreen Algae is an incredibly nutrient-rich food.
And all of the New Earth products listed below contain various amounts of
Wild BlueGreen Algae!
As you look at the list, simply click on the New Earth product
